Integrated Therapeutic Massage
This is my most popular massage treatment. It builds on a Swedish foundation and interweaves all the techniques and modalities I've learned over the years. Maybe you need a little deep tissue or trigger point work in one area, maybe it's myofascial release that will work...as I work on your body, I use all the tools in my toolbox to give you a comprehensive treatment that works for you.
Prenatal Massage
This massage session considers the physical and mental preparations the body makes for pregnancy and beyond. Special positioning and body support pillows are used for comfort and safety. Studies show that receiving regular massage during pregnancy can help release muscular tension associated with your changing body, back pain, fatigue, insomnia, AND help you emotionally prepare for labor, birth, and your baby.
Fertility Massage
A massage treatment that is performed with the goal of creating the optimal environment to conceive by bringing the uterus into alignment, improving the flow of blood/lymph, & bring the body into homeostatisis.
Employee Wellness
Followspot offers a group of highly trained, professional, licensed massage therapists that work in corporate settings to make sure employees are feeling good, appreciated, and ready to work.
We bring all the equipment (massage chairs, tables) and are always quiet and considerate of the work going on around us.

Swedish Massage
This is what most people think of when they think of massage - long flowing strokes, kneading of the tissue, compressions, and friction. This is a great option if you're looking to relax and looking for light to medium pressure.
Sports Massage
This massage treatment is much like the integrated massage session but includes stretching throughout the session. If training for a specific event, considerations are taken depending on where you are in your training schedule and whether this massage is taking place right before or right after an event.
The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage Therapy
The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage Therapy® is a non-invasive external massage technique to the abdomen and pelvis that helps to guide the internal organs into their proper position and relieve tension in the diaphragm. The treatment applies Ancient Maya healing techniques along with anatomy, physiology, herbology and naprapathy (study of the ligaments, joints and muscles) to address common female and male complaints.
Manual Lymph Drainage
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a subtle, gentle, non-invasive manual technique with the primary goal of reducing swelling and inflammation in areas of excessive fluid buildup by helping to facilitate lymph flow.
